There’s a lot to do at St. John’s.

MUSIC.  Music is a fundamental element of worship.  St. John’s is a singing church.  Our Adult Choir, Handbell Choir and occasional instrumentalists add to our praise of the Lord.  The Handbell Choir meets on Thursday evenings and the Adult Choir rehearses Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m.  New members are always welcome.  Do you have a voice or an instrument to share as we praise God together? 

YOUTH.  We have youth ranging in ages from elementary school to High School. We continue explore and find ways to engage our youth in all aspects of worship, fellowship, and fun. We also have numerous activities for the youth to gather in fellowship and fun.

THE EVANGELISM COMMITTEE.  This committee’s focus is on spreading the good news of Jesus Christ through projects within our church and projects in the community. 

THE SUNSHINE CIRCLE.  One of St. John’s oldest committees, this women’s group sponsors the annual Mother-Daughter Banquet in May, a special picnic in the summer and a Christmas Party. The members also provide tray favors for the Carroll Lutheran Village Nursing Home and Carroll Hospital Center during the year and provide Christmas Boxes for International Seafarers.
